The most-searched question has a short answer: the usual brands, without taking the motorway. In fashion there are Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear and Lefties (the centre's most-searched store), with Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Lacoste on the premium shelf. The free bus and getting there
It is the most repeated question in search engines, in four languages: yes, the centre runs a free shuttle bus connecting the main tourist areas of the south, including the Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas area. Stops and times change with the season, so check the centre's official website or ask at your hotel before planning the day.
By car it is even easier: the Puerto Rico exit off the GC-1, and free parking at the centre itself, EV charging point included. From Puerto de Mogán it is about ten minutes; from Maspalomas, about twenty. And if you walk up from Puerto Rico beach, the avenue climb is an easy quarter of an hour.
Tricks for the visit
Open today? Almost certainly: the centre opens every day of the week, Sundays included, from 10 am to 10 pm, which is not a given elsewhere on the island. The quiet hours are first thing in the morning and dinnertime; the big rush arrives with the afternoon heat, when half the resort area heads up looking for shade and air.
