I have visited the toy store several times and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service received. The first time I went for a remote-controlled Formula One car, and the man who assisted me was extremely pleasant, even though I didn't understand the product. He took the time to tell me which was the best option regarding what I was looking for, an impressive attention. On the other hand, the woman who I think is the store manager had a very close and friendly attitude with me, I definitely felt very comfortable in there due to the warm welcome, and lastly, I want to highlight the good service from the saleswoman Nicole. The other times I have gone, she has attended to me with a lot of patience and care, she knows perfectly the great variety of toys the store has and advises with great precision. She has always been kind to me and all the customers of the toy store and has always attended with total respect and assertiveness. In summary, one of the best toy stores I have been to and without a doubt.

Hello, I was at the Kinderni Mogán shopping center and bought a Labubu doll. When I got home and checked it well, I realized it was fake. I don't want all kids to be deceived with these things. They are expensive products and very popular among kids, but noticing it was a fake, I decided to return it. I also bought some small Moji pops for an aunt. We just wanted to check some bags, and the lady who was attending was incredibly rude, as if we had done something wrong. She got so upset that I decided not to buy from them again. They shouldn't sell fake products, and even less treat customers like that. What a disappointment! So now I will look for Labubu and Moji Pops in another trusted store. I talked to GPT and asked if I should leave a one-star review, and it told me of course. I have a 10-year-old son and a 6-year-old, and I know well when a product is fake: it wasn't even on the official list! What a sad experience. 😤
