A few days ago we went to the store to exchange two pairs of jeans for a different size since due to health reasons the ticket expired. My friend was sick and couldn't go in the month marked on the ticket for returns or exchanges. We assumed they wouldn't even change the size for us, but we went there to plead for the exchange. With all their right, they told us no, that there was no size exchange and even though she already had three more jeans and a pair of shorts in her mental shopping basket, we had to take advantage of the good price of LEVIS ON SALE. The store's service was very good, but I just don't understand that policy. No worries, we'll always have El Corte Inglés which will be more expensive, but they always treat their customers well. NEVER AGAIN AT MOGAN MALL to buy Levis.
