Today I had a pretty unpleasant experience at this supermarket. While I was grabbing some bagged potatoes, the employee came to restock bagged potatoes right next to me and, without any care, dropped several packages from a height, so it's very likely that after the impact they are broken. She did it right in front of me without caring about the image she was giving to the customer. Moreover, throughout my stay, she was on a video call with someone else, talking as if nothing was happening while working, which I found very unprofessional. To top it off, when it was time to check me out, she didn't even look me in the face, didn't ask if I wanted a bag or a receipt. These are basic customer service details that were completely absent here. Honestly, I came away with a very bad impression. Even though the prices might be good, the service from this employee has been terrible. If she doesn't want to be working there, maybe they should give the opportunity to someone who really wants to.
