When we need to say that it's a place very much in line with our expectations, we say it. Here at least we've gathered, I don't know if by chance, several people from the Basque Country... Why could that be?... I'm sure at least these places don't usually disappoint. We've eaten several amazing dishes, maybe to put a but, that salad with fresh lettuce leaves isn't great and they use something like floret. Well, at least there aren't hundreds of tourists looking for that pre-made paella...

My wife and her family and I stopped by this restaurant located in Puerto de Mogan, southwest of Gran Canaria. It combines Iberian tradition with Canarian cuisine, such as Spanish ham and a selection of Canarian cheeses. It also has an impressive wine cellar with over 400 Spanish wines. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the street. We ordered two delicious ham and cheese sandwiches, abundant, tasty, exquisite. The staff that attended us was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, available, and the service was attentive, quick, and reasonably priced!!
