Our verdictAnalysis by the HeyMogan team

The overall opinion of "Market de Mogan" is mixed. Reviewers frequently praise the vibrant atmosphere, good selection of women's and children's fashion items, and the beautiful location of Mogan itself. However, many also criticise the high prices, limited bargaining opportunities, and a lack of genuine local produce, with some describing it as overly tourist-oriented and crowded on market days.

Market de Mogan, located in Puerto de Mogán, receives mixed feedback from visitors. Many guests appreciate the variety of products available, particularly in fashion and souvenirs, suggesting that the market offers a pleasant shopping experience amidst a beautiful environment.

However, several reviewers express concerns about the pricing, noting that items tend to be on the higher side with limited room for negotiation.

Critics also highlight a lack of authentic local crafts or handmade goods, which some expected to find at a market of this nature. Furthermore, the experience can be marred by overcrowding on market days, leading to a less enjoyable visit as guests navigate through the throngs of people.

Overall, while Market de Mogan may appeal to those looking for a diverse selection of products, potential visitors should be prepared for higher prices and busy conditions.

Lively Friday Market 9.30am to 2pm. Great range of women's and children's fashion items and fashion accessories, including handbags with 'brand' names. Occasional stalls for men - shirts, shorts, belts and shoes. Good quality products, but with a price to match. Attractive items, but not many are openly priced. Need to haggle for good value. I have witnessed shoppers successfully negotiating a 50% discount on opening price. Worth a visit. About 75 stalls near the mainline bus station.

Mogan itself was a beautiful place to visit. The market was quite good and big so give yourself enough time to see it all. Not many bargains to be had and prices seemed to be fixed and little room to haggle
