⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came today, my wife and I, and we loved it. A spectacular place that is definitely worth visiting. The colorful rock formations are impressive: greens, ochres, and reddish tones that create a unique landscape. These colors are due to ancient hydromagmatic eruptions, meaning volcanic magma came into contact with water millions of years ago, and that mix of fire and water produced these layers of multicolored rock that erosion has gradually exposed over time. It's easy to get there via the GC-200, and there's parking space next to the road. A natural gem in the southwest of Gran Canaria that you shouldn't miss. Totally recommended.

The route is somewhat complicated and very poorly guided. They should improve this from the Cabildo Canario. The views when you're halfway are very good. There are waterfalls and pools where you can swim, but only if it has rained in the last few weeks. If it hasn't rained for a long time, it's likely there won't be any water or waterfalls.
