the apartment is very old and dirty, old and poorly maintained furniture, the bathroom has bad smells and it's next to the rooms where the windows face the hallways where people pass by to the pool, many owners with the consequent noise. the facilities are old. the pool doesn't get sun after 5:30 PM at the end of July, not to mention the stairs, to get to the elevator you have to go up two floors, once you reach your floor you go down one floor to walk down a hallway and go up another floor by the stairs. the apartment is not worth what it costs and supposedly it was clean because two days before they took photos for the rental agency. and on the terrace there is a danger of falling debris, I won't come back even if you paid me.

Nice place, it's a shame that taxi drivers discriminate against picking up residents of a complex 400 meters away...
