We had a wonderful experience at B‑One Costa Alegre this February 14th. From the very first moment, the service was impeccable: all the staff were super attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel really welcome. The food was spectacular. We ordered octopus and mussels as starters, both delicious and perfectly prepared. For the main course, the paella —with an authentic seafood flavor and the rice just right— and a ribeye that was incredibly tender and juicy. You can tell the quality of the product and the care in the kitchen. Plus, we went with our puppies and they were received with the same affection as us: one of the waiters even offered them treats and water, a detail we loved. Another waiter, very cheerful and enthusiastic, explained the desserts in detail, recommending options we didn't know about. We ordered cocktails and they were really good. We decided to have dinner here and ordered several things among three of us but it was nothing like we expected. To start, they only brought us two dishes when we specified that everything was for sharing. The salmon tartare was quite good, but everything else was disastrous and very scarce. The garlic shrimp were large but overcooked, they weren't juicy and there were only 7 shrimp counted. Before clearing the starters, they brought the main dishes, and we were left waiting with the plates in hand for them to place the rest so we could finally put the plates down.
