Discover the lush and green heart of Gran Canaria, often referred to as a "miniature continent" due to its astonishing variety of habitats and landscapes. We will explore the midlands of the island and the central highlands, revealing verdant meadows, cultivated fields, dense forests, protected natural parks, majestic mountains, breathtaking viewpoints, and charming hidden villages.

Our route begins winding through picturesque almond fields and various farmlands. Our first stop is the captivating town of Arucas, home to a magnificent neo-Gothic church built from black volcanic stone. Next, we will visit Firgas, known as the "balcony of the Atlantic" for its extensive panoramic views. On its main street, you will discover the wonderful urban fountain with its unique waterfalls cascading down the main street of the old town.

Venturing into the mountains, we will pause for an optional lunch in the village of Valleseco, before continuing our ascent through protected natural spaces and mountains that offer incredible views, culminating at the Cruz de Tejeda viewpoint. Our journey through the peaks will conclude with a visit to Roque Nublo, a powerful symbol of Gran Canaria.

Before our return, we will descend through San Bartolomé de Tirajana, offering stunning perspectives of Santa Lucía, and conclude our day with an informative stop at an Aloe Vera plantation.
