I parked to go to the beach, knowing that the price per hour is 1.8 and the minute 0.38. When I left, I paid 8.45 and went to get the car that was at the end of the parking lot. When I tried to leave, I couldn't because according to the machine I had exceeded the time (you have 10 minutes to leave the parking). When I went to talk to the lady at the door, she treated me badly and told me that if my car was far, I should have paid when leaving and not when entering. She made me pay 0.25 ct (less than a minute) to be able to leave, and the man in front of me had the same issue but she opened the gate for him with a card. I left very upset by the treatment of the lady at the door. Next time I'll ask for a complaint form and call the civil guard since they are charging more than they should; I never took more than 10 minutes to get to the car and try to leave the parking.
