It's worth climbing up to appreciate the views from the viewpoint, it's also very appealing to go up the other street with stairs, typical environment of the fishing port from back in the day.

I recommend going up in the morning or at the end of the afternoon. Views of the port of Mogan, beach, and houses. There's nothing else. Bring hydration. Not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. The climb is between the houses, in fact, there are several accommodations (Casa Concha, Casa Ernesto, etc). The residents decorate the entrance of their homes and some are very curious, if you're observant like me, you'll enjoy it. At a normal pace, it can take between 10-15 minutes.
