The one who was very polite at first, but the second one was horrible, every time he spoke he asked me, 'Do you understand?' as if I were speaking Chinese. They don't let you talk or explain your situation, they treat citizens with arrogance and very bad manners, for any problem I prefer to communicate first with the local or national police than with the civil police, beware that if you are a foreigner the treatment is much worse, this police station is just there because when it comes to helping citizens and serving them, it's very little. Not everyone is the same, but the majority are, the three times I've had to go it's pathetic. On the phone it's another matter and when you go in person it's much worse. Thank goodness there are other police stations.

I call on the phone to ask for information, up to that point it's fine, but when I show up in person the treatment changes completely, I don't want to say it badly but I wear a headscarf, I've never felt so offended in my life, I left there wanting to cry, even considering taking off my headscarf to be treated well, one of them instead of just doing his job starts talking to me about Moroccan politics, 'Hello?' He even had a conversation about how some 'Spanish Moroccans' have dual nationality, I was really shocked, every time I spoke to him he asked if I understood, I had to leave there and go directly to the National Police station for them to issue that document for me, they didn't ask me for anything at all, if you are of another nationality, a foreigner or even have a religion, to put it indirectly, DO NOT GO, the arrogance, the little tolerance they have there will make you feel bad, for any problem go to the local or national police, they are not there to help you.
