I want to think that today the lady who does the waxing had a bad day. First, when I arrived, the cover for the treatment bed had been used before even though the owner? and the lady who does the waxing said it was new. It had hair, wax, and you could see the shape of someone's head on the towel. Besides that, there was another cover for the treatment bed and two wet towels when I arrived. After I asked for it, they changed it. The warm wax, in my opinion, with my knowledge after many years of getting waxed, was in bad condition as it didn't come off as it should. The lady left many areas unwaxed, despite me telling her several times that I still had hair in various areas. And she left my legs full of wax clumps, which she tried to remove with oil, wet towels, talcum powder?? And she said: "you just rub it when you shower and it will come off" 😅 At least after my complaint and showing my disappointment with such service, they only charged me €20.
