Our verdictAnalysis by the HeyMogan team

The overall opinion of "Blue Star" is predominantly negative, with several reviewers expressing dissatisfaction. Common criticisms include long wait times for check-in, unclean rooms, outdated facilities, and poor customer service. However, one review was notably positive, praising the experience as "very good," indicating that there may be some redeeming qualities that others have not experienced.

"Blue Star" in Mogán has garnered a mixed reception, primarily receiving negative feedback from guests. Many visitors express dissatisfaction with the slow check-in process, which they feel detracts from their overall experience. Complaints regarding cleanliness are prevalent, with several reviewers noting that the apartments did not meet their expectations in this regard.

Additionally, guests mention concerns about the age of the facilities, including issues with the television and the swimming pool.

Despite these criticisms, there is a singular positive review that highlights the quality of the service provided by the staff, suggesting that while the physical aspects of the apartments may be lacking, the staff's interactions stand out.

However, this positive note seems insufficient to balance the numerous complaints received.

Overall, the feedback indicates that potential guests might want to consider these recurring issues when thinking about their stay at "Blue Star".

AWFUL, THE WORST, I’m starting but warning it’s going to be long: We arrived with two kids at 2, which is when they supposedly give out the apartments, well, it was almost 4 and we were still waiting at reception with the two kids without eating. When the receptionist, a real jerk, finally gave us the keys to 314. To get to the lower apartments, it’s an odyssey, either you go down stairs or you have to wait for a super slow and noisy cable car type elevator at night. We got to the apartment and it was unclean, smelling terrible. We wanted to leave. We went back up to reception in a monumental rage, they gave us another one that was more or less clean. The kitchen is ancient, the burners take forever to heat up, one of the kitchen cabinets is broken, water was leaking from the faucet handle... The bathroom is ancient, faucet handles were missing, ants, the bidet was unusable... The TV (with coins, of course) didn’t work. The safe was unusable. And be careful with leaving
