Our experience has been very disappointing. We booked a parasailing activity that, according to what we were told, lasted 15 minutes in the air. However, we were barely up for about 5 minutes, far from what we paid for. We feel cheated, as at no point were we informed that the actual duration would be so short. To top it off, when we finished, they charged us €20 for some really poor quality photos. They were taken from so far away that it's impossible to recognize who appears in them, so they have no value as a keepsake. Charging that price for such images seems like a rip-off. The feeling is that once they have charged, the priority is to finish as quickly as possible to move on to the next customer. There are many companies that offer the same activity with a much more professional and transparent service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you're going parasailing, look for another option that respects the contracted time and offers a service in line with what they charge.
