We are a retired couple who excitedly went on our first trip with Imserso. Upon arrival, the place seemed fantastic, a small group of 44 apartments around beautiful pools. Everything very clean and welcoming. The bad part, when we got to the dining room, ours was closed and we had to share a kind of picnic area with another complex (Nido del Águila). The food left us disappointed, but it has been like this throughout our stay. I used to be one of those who, when hearing complaints like this, would say, what do they eat at home? But now we have suffered it ourselves. On the excursions they propose, the food is not much better, so we ended up fending for ourselves, which resulted in the trip not being as cheap. I wonder, does anyone from Imserso check the food they serve or are they just pulling our leg? Thanks!!!

The positive part is the facilities, especially the pool, the negative part is that we had full board and it turns out that for lunch they send you to Nido del Águila, another complex next door where the dining room is like a canteen, everyone piled up without tablecloths on the tables and the food is garbage. When I mention that I have been to Gran Canaria and they served us peeled and sliced bananas, no one believes it. The food is always the same, chicken or pork and some fish. We had one hour to eat, to avoid coinciding with the other hotel, and for dinners when there was entertainment on the terrace, you had to set it up yourself and take it to the table, they only charged you.
