Good morning, I'm really disappointed. During this holiday season, I went to do my shopping and spent over an hour looking for items for my gifts. I was looking for someone to help me and nothing, the few who were there were just chatting. I went to the fitting room to try on some pants for myself, I saw a girl with black pants, a black t-shirt, and glasses, a bit chubby, who had the fitting rooms spotless and didn't stop picking up clothes. I tried on the pants, needed a bigger size, and the girl with her smile and kindness asked me if I needed help. I told her that there’s a difference in how customers are treated, that they should smile and ask if we need help. I told her I needed another size, and she said, 'Ma'am, tell me the size you need and I'll bring it to you.' She was so helpful, went out, and brought it to me. Those are the kind of people who deserve a job. After the holidays, I passed by yesterday and she wasn't there. I went to see if I could see her again, but tell the bosses that that girl, my mistake was not asking for her name, I would like her to be there.

Today, Sunday, March 8th around 18:00, we went to the store at Mogán Mall in Gran Canaria because we bought a pair of jeans a week ago for a trip and it turns out that when we went to use them, the alarm was still on. So we went to the nearest store to our house to have the alarm removed and the saleswoman or person in charge at that moment told us that she couldn't remove the alarm and that I had to go to the store where I bought it. Let's suppose I bought it in Madrid, what do I do, buy a flight to solve a mistake from the store? We even had the purchase ticket that she didn't even ask for, she was already closed to doing anything to find a solution. She told me that this could be a theft from another store (El Tablero store)!! Still, we bought something we can't use and you treat me like a thief. Then I asked for a complaint form on paper, to which they told me they didn't have it, and after insisting, she gave it to me and said that the complaint in writing wouldn't lead to anything.
