The apartment is tastefully furnished and spacious enough for two people regarding space and storage for clothes, etc. The terrace is nice to sit on and the large pool is great for swimming. What we didn't like was the massive noise pollution from the large construction site right in front of the accommodation and the massive noise pollution deep into the night from the various venues located directly below the accommodation. This means you really only have a maximum of 2-3 hours a day where you can find a relatively reasonable noise level in the area. Moreover, it's a bit strange that the house rules state a quiet time from 10 PM to 9 AM. It would also be desirable if some items in the apartment, like the broken dishwasher, the limited cutlery, and a few other small things, were addressed before new guests arrive.
