We had a really good weekend in these apartments. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall the facilities are well maintained. We've always liked coming here and until now the experience had been positive.|However, this time we were greatly disappointed with the treatment we received on the day of departure. We had to leave the room by 11:00 and asked if, once we had checked out and taken the car out of the parking, we could just spend the rest of the day at the pool. The answer was no.|We also suggested staying and consuming at the adult pool bar during lunch, but again the answer was a resounding no. The only alternative they offered was to pay an additional 60 euros.|We found this attitude to be inflexible and not customer-oriented, especially considering we were guests who had already checked out and were willing to continue spending money within the complex.|It's a truth

We've been several times! The hotel, rooms, garage etc. I have to say are very good, different accommodation options and so on, but the last time I went a month ago things have changed! On weekends you find people at the pool who aren't even staying at the hotel, apparently there's no control at all, people on the sunbeds in front saying they're going to spend the day, people from the caravans on the street going to the pool etc! It's a shame because I repeat the hotel is luxurious but in that sense there's no control and it's a disaster! In the end, it will become a Puerto Rico 2.0 and the worst part is that the lifeguard at the pool is aware and doesn't care! Paying money for others to do whatever they want....
